Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via Canada Post using 100% biodegradable mailers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and all shipping options include a tracking number which is provided following purchase.
We offer free shipping within Canada and the US on orders over $150 CAD. We offer $5 FLAT RATE shipping on all other orders within Canada and the US.
Please note we have various shipping options available at checkout:
- $5 flat rate shipping includes Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping. Your package will arrive within 1 to 7 business days in Canada.
- Choose Canada Post Xpresspost shipping for an additional fee. Your package will arrive within 1 to 3 business days in Canada.
- Choose Canada Post Priority Shipping for an additional fee. Your package will arrive within 1 to 3 business days in Canada.
To ensure smooth delivery of your goods, please ensure you enter the following information correctly:
- Postal code
- Unit number (if address is in an apartment, condo or townhouse complex)
- Email or mobile phone number to ensure we can get in touch if we need to
